Why? I’m not exactly sure yet, gut tells me it is though. These guys below were standing in front of the window recently, the little fountain-sprayer seems to really enjoy himself splashing in the waves (they’re really small I must admit, in fact, I think there aren’t really any waves…). I’m still wondering about the purpose.
Is he cleaning the air from pollution? According to this map it would be a pretty good idea.
Next in line is this fellow here, the German cruise vessel “AIDA something-something”.

Since it’s the 2nd visit of this bootje I dedicate a bit more screen space to her (this was some 2 weeks ago, the sharp observer will notice the opposite driving direction):
